Today marks 71 years since Murphy the Billy Goat was denied access to the Cubs game. The Curse of the Billy Goat grows stronger with every year that goes by. Prior to the curse, the Cubs had 51 winning seasons, won the pennant 16 times and won 2 World Series. Since the Curse, the Cubs have had only 18 winning seasons and have not won a World Series or pennant. The Curse goes on until the goat gets in!
