When you come out to root for your first place Chicago Blackhawks, be sure to stop by the Billy Goat Tavern on Madison to celebrate! After-all, we’re the original Blackhawks bar. Our original location was on Madison directly across from the old Chicago Stadium and opened in 1934. We started serving Blackhawks fans when the Indian was just a papoose.

The Bulls are back! ‘hoop it up at Billy Goat before the game!
Our Madison Ave. location is the original Bulls bar. We’re so close to the United Center that we even offer free shuttles to Bulls’ games–your feet.

On October 23, 2013 Chicago welcomes Bon Jovi to the United Center. We hear he’s known all over the world too. According to the internet he’s sold over 130 million albums – almost as many cheezborgers as we’ve served Chicago.
We also heard that Bon Jovi’s famous song “Lay Your Hands on Me” was inspired by a Billy Goat Cheezborger!
On September 20th the United Center hosts the Eagles! If you like “life in the fast lane”, stop by Billy Goat on Madison before the show. By the time WE decide what YOU order, that hot and tasty Double Cheezborger is waiting for you at the end of the counter.
