By far the best Greek green salad we saw at Midway airport. Everything was fresh cucumber, peppers, olives, tomatoes, etc. we will definitely come here again on our return trip.

On 03/22/26 at 18:45 (midway airport location) as I stood in line to order I saw the cook wipe his nose with the apron he were wearing while wearing black gloves and started to cook after doing so. he never washed his hands changed his gloves or the apron
When I asked to speak to the manager I was directed to the cook who I observed “wipe his nose with the apron he was wearing while wearing black gloves that started to cook after doing so, in which he never washed his hands changed his gloves or the actual apron” when I brought what I had observed him do to his attention he blew me off walked away and started back cooking.
What he did is poor personal hygiene, unsafe food handling, and cross-contamination.
The cooks at the Midway location need to be retrained on how to handle food and personal hygiene.
And no I didn’t order food after seeing that. Seeing that was very disgusting and so was his attitude about the situation.
